- Recent head injury or blow to head/face
- Animal bite from 10 days to 3 months ago
- Chest injury recently
- Spinal injury
- Eye injury (recent or past)
General condition, weakness
- General weakness / malaise
- Undue fatigability
- Sharp deterioration of the General condition
- Sluggish child
- The patient’s condition worsened RECENTLY, a day ago less
- Fever and weakness were building up fast
- The patient is unconscious at the moment
- Reduced performance
- Weakness and fatigue increases in recent weeks/months
- Weakness increases rapidly (within minutes/hours or days)
Temperature
- Body temperature OVER 38°C
- Body temperature increased
- Body temperature increased, but not above 38 degrees
- Chill
- Long-term (more than 2 months) temperature rise, constant or intermittent
- Body temperature rises to 37-38 degrees periodically
- The chills are replaced by heat and then sweating, and this is repeated
- Long-term temperature rise OF no more than 38 degrees
- Temperature fluctuates, day/evening much more than in the morning
- Body temperature below normal
- Body temperature over 38 degrees lasts all day
- Increase in body temperature more than 38 degrees every 1-3 days
- Body temperature increase lasting from 2 to 6 weeks
- Rash appeared recently due to fever / weakness / deterioration
